Took a long time, without being able to contact service provider. Items got their though, so I am happy

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They never showed up and vanished after receiving payment, defrauding me and another client in California in the same days. They are using a different dba as they had several negative reports on uship.com and DOT with their real name. I lost my money and had to pay again to real service providers. FBI opened an investigation for money embezzlement.

Since August 7th 2008 until August 17th 2008, I have tried to get in touch with TSP trying to get a feedback about what happened with the move and why they didn't show up to pick up. Not a single explanation not a refund have been received and now, I have to pay -again- the contractor they used to get my vehicle back as they didn't pay them.
