The shipper allowed the driver to load after hours to get the shipment on the truck. We had been working with the customer to try to resolve an issue that was at hand. Before we could get down to the truth the customer left us negative feedback. We were working on resolving everything until then. We had to hear all sides of the story from the customer to the driver before the resolution could be made. The chance was not given & feedback was lft Response from Waldrop1: No one has tried to work with us, we offered a settlement which we thought was fair and they refused to discuss it. The shipment was accurately described it was the driver that offered the extra trailer space we didnt require it. Our customer was told by the driver he was forced to stop driving because of the number of hours on the road, not a DOT inspection. No fast one being pulled here we have been upfront and honest with the entire shipment.

Our operations dept. may have accidently called regarding something not related to your company or the shipment. However, the INITIAL shipment was handled smoothly with absolutely No Problems whatsoever. We did our initial Job of moving your freight from point A to point B successfully. That can't be denied! Good luck to you too!!

We consider applog as our service provider since they bid on the shipment Shipper guaranted pickup within 24 hours of bid acceptance (it was 48 hours and 2 1/2 hours after we close for the day). Shipper guaranteed deliver on Thursday AM, wasnt delivered till Friday morning. We represented the load accurately, the driver offered and approved using the additional length of the flatbed to keep his height down since he didnt have additional pickups Response from applog: This customer misrepresented their shipment. We quoted for 24' of space. We have been trying to resolve this issue with the customer all day. The customer is trying to pull a fast one with us. We stated that if they took the whole trailer then the would have to pay for the whole trailer. The quote was good at the partial rate. Customer is also upset cause the driver is late by one day but this was out of the hands of the company & the driver. DOT decided to due an inspection on the driver

After I booked it, the shipper said his customer did not purchase the unit to be shipped. Shipping was no longer required.

This shipper (to keep it clean) simply signed me up with FedEx (I have an account with FedEx already) and prayed for it to get delivered early! Would never use again.
