My items arrived well-wrapped and in excellent condition. While the shipment took slightly longer than quoted, I was in constant communication with my driver Freddie who provided updates on his progress. Freddie was very professional and trustworthy.

They were very efficient with the loading and unloading - a very nice team to work with. Transportation took longer than expected, but it was our first move, so we did not know how moving businesses run. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our moving experience.

Okay, so I have waited over two months to leave this feedback, hoping WL Movers would be able to resolve the issue without me having to do this, but...
I truly believe this company is NOT LICENSED to move. They ruined all my furniture and now they are nowhere to be found...completely disappeared...left me with damaged, worthless furniture. They signed a document to reimburse me $750 for the furniture (not even close to what it was worth), but now they're gone.

this was the worst move i have ever had. the movers, freddy and his all female crew were never on time, impossible to get a hold of, wanting cash along the way to pay for gas.
I know the initial part was my mistake for underestimating, but that was taken care of with additional funds, but it was more than made up by the additional move fees that were charged. the first load was more than a week late, the second load was at least 5 days later than promised.

Sorry to say that it was your worst move,When we arrived there it was two men and a female there to do the inventory nothing was packed My crew did not want to do her job because when you walk in the house it was a bad ordor she had the dog urine all over the furniture so to say freddy was very nice to get the job done it was suppose to be boxes,sideboard,small sofa,and misc sorry to say it was a 5 bedroom house so how do u have just 30 boxes it took me two & half trucks to move it. worst clint

I have placed my 11th call to Freddy and he has given me 4 dates that he would pick up my furniture in Scottsdale. I gave them ample time to call me back and I received no reply. I truly did not want to leave this negative feedback but have no other choice. I had a friend reschedule her vacation so she could be there while they picked up my furniture on the date they said they would but they never appeared. She has not lost her chance to go on vacation and I feel awful. Just blown away.

I got what I paid for at a good price. I spent alot of time packing everything myself, to ensure things were not damaged, since I dont really trust movers. My IKEA table got dropped and broken, and table and chairs i didn't wrap up myself were dinged (as would be expected). However they were 4 days late picking up and 4 days late arriving, were impossible to get a hold of, and kept on telling me times, but never showed up. But they did take $100 off my bid to make up for it which was nice.

WL Movers are amazing! Freddy & Danny made my move from Atlanta to LA very easy. They were kind, considerate, & most important passionate about making my move as stress free as possible, hence the name Worry Less! They are a family run business that treats your furniture like their own. This is the second time I've made cross country moves & this was by far the best experience. Everything was wrapped precisely so that all of my items arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend WL to all!

Absolutely fabulous service in all regards. Personal and professional packing, wrapping and pickup. Freddy and his wife were a day ahead of schedule and did an outstanding job of packing, wrapping and pickup. I will provide photos of them wrapping the dollhouse upon request.
Communication prior to pickup, while in transit and upon delivery were fantastic.
This service is a true lifesaver to me. I cannot be too complimentary. They did a superb job.

Words do not do justice when it comes to explain not only how good Freddy and his help was during this trying time of my life, moves are never easy but this one was different, I had to get home, and deal with breast cancer among other things. This company was diligent, Freddy was excelent, and so organize and caring for my belongings and for me. They were an outstanding team, punctual and responsible, and efficient. I will use them in the future, and recommend them to anyone out there!
