We can offer insurance if requested by the customer,Most often use 16ft box trucks but will use whatever truck or transport method the shipment requires. WCT doesnt have much feedback on this site since we have just recently discovered it in 2008. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Anthony was very thourough in receiving his full payment. Afterward, however, his phone was turned off. The alternate number listed, belonging to a third party, was also non-working shortly after our initial conversations. He did not attempt to answer any of my emails after this happened. Completely unprofessional to the point of being borderline criminal.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service Provider picked up my vehicle and never delivered it. He would not contact us regarding location of our vehicle in order to have another provider pick it up.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I Contacted directy after utilizing a (Book It Now) feature I qualify for with 100% positive feedback rating... Client Todd Havens comunicated over the phone as if everything was fine then turned around and cancelled after feelling un easy about a manditory deposit payment that was only half now to confirm and the other half at drop off, After I had today pre-paid out of my pocket the equipment needed for transport... N

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Anthony said he would have trucks and crew there on 27th then 28th but got caught up in L.A. and couldn't wait for him anymore as it effects my account...Nice guy and hope to get my $250 deposit I sent via paypal back...Mark

Anthony is a very nice person and hard working. Unfortunately, my antique family chair was severely damaged when a 500 lb safe fell on it when the straps broke. Anthony has promised to reimburse me from insurance. We were both heartbroken about the damage. I do expect Anthony will do the right thing and pay for repair.

Not Good Business!!!! DO NOT RECOMEND DEALS WITH SHIPPER TODD HAVENS!!!!! Response from BigPat: Please review this providers feedback and you will see why I cancelled. After using the book it now feature he said he could notload it without a forklift even though my add said crane. He then said he would rent trucks and rented 26' Penske trucks and wanted to load the loads two to three weeks from now BUT yet he wanted paid up frot. Did not feel good about this at all so I canceklled the load.
