The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
There was a weight issue with the load, exceeding the service providers capacity. This was an error, and not the result of the service provider misjudging the load. All attempts were made to resolve the issue, with no success.
Please refund the deposit. The service provider and I are working out a financial settlement to address his out of pocket expense.

These guyes are honest hard working people. In spite of repeated delays in the transport they made just previous to my boat, they still pulled off a timely shipment for me. I would recomend them to anyone needing an honest haul.

Although Mr Jackson was polite, he paid no attention to the requirements stated in my listing. It was imperitive that the boat be loaded between 4-27 and 5-1, as I had flown in to prep and move the boat. His disregard cost me an extra $860.00 in mooring and yard fees. he finally picked up on the 12th, 2 weeks late. The boat arrived with the prop shaft resting on his blocking, bending it (another $600.00). If there was a way out of the bid, I would have taken it and paid more for timely service.

Delivery was on time in spite of bad weather in the mid-west. Communication was excellent. Some danage, but this was most likely due to the boat yard that applied the shrink wrap inadequately.

This was a very smooth move. The driver was able to work the shipment into his schedule on short notice. He interfaced with the service yards on each end and delivered the boat on time and in good condition. I would use him again for sure.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The trucking company's work schedule & my schedule were not in the same time frame and we have mutually agreed to cancell this transaction with no hard feelings. The shipper was very professional & I wish we could have completed our transaction.

Despite minor delays on my part, my shipment was delivered in good condition and on time.The service provider was very professional and very helpful.They communicated with me and kept me up to date on the status of my shipment the whole way.Overall,they did a superb job and I will definately use them again.If you want professional and honest people to ship your stuff,these are the guys to go with.I am in the US Army and I will let all my Soldiers,family and friends about Wave Maker.
