The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Difficult to contact with up to 4 hours wait for return call.Did not follow through with alternate accommodations after primary vehicle broke down.Never received e-mail with notification of inability to provide service as modified.Was not able to confirm the location of second driver or vehicle, only that he did not show up as indicated.Initiated profane verbal abuse with wishes that my boat sinks when deposit for services was denied.Not a very good experience and would not recommend to others. Response from WATSONTRANSPORT: This guy was a jacka** he was called and was sent email he was upset i was delayed people want things done for almost free and then want you to kill yourself to get it to them after they wait till the last min.to get it transported. and make sure you get deposit up front no matter whats said

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He went to pickup the forklift with a smaller truck, when he knew it is 11000 Lbs machine. then he said he'll try to pick it up at noon, when we called him he said he can't do it and started with the bad word cursing, my mistake i didn't read his reviews???? Read reviews before the job.... Response from WATSONTRANSPORT: I have several trucks, shipper stated 11000 lbs. When I arrive he tells the forklift is almost 17,500 lbs. I can accomodate many items, however if you lie about the weight it altiers what equipment I bring, I made one free trip, due to inaccurate information.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had a open delivery time, advised shipper to ship as soon as he was able to, he told me within a week. Two weeks passed he didnt ship, gave him deadline he couldnt meet. Unrelaible.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved service provider was a very nice guy he kept great communication with me but uncontrolable circumstances arose that ended the contract. This was in no way the fault of the service provider and I'am sure he would have preformed a professional job. Response from WATSONTRANSPORT: WOULD HAVE LOVED TO GOT THE JOB DONE FOR YOU. BUT TIME WORK OUT WRONG FOR BOTH OF US WOULD WORK WITH IN AGAIN

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Watson transport as far as im concern is not an honest trucking co. 3 times he cancelled upon an agreed time to pick up mower where i purchased it from.First 2 times he called the place where i bought the moer and gave an excuse for not being there. The last time he just never called or showed up. I called wastson trucking the day it was to be deliveredat my place, and i got an excuse that it wont be here until next monday maybe, some 6-7days later than agreed on. This is the second time this ha Response from WATSONTRANSPORT: At no time did we lie about the pick up. The location of pickup cancelled and then gave us time of 5:30 am or 8:30 pm. The shipper also stated that there was dirt roads and for our safety and not to risk damaging anyone property we would prefer to pick during daylight hours. We try to contact the shipper since 4/29/07 to let him know the status. He didn't contact us until 5/2/07. He wanted to receive the shipment today and we told him that we wouldn't be able to go to NC today and back to NY
