I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I already sent a email to uship stating all of the facts. Please, this is getting to be a problem writing another statement.
The thing in a nutshell is----My credit card was charged $323 .73 on 10/13/2012. I just received my credit card bill so I had no idea that vince or your company had charged me. I tried to reach Vince by phone but he didn"t call me back after I left a message on his answering machine.
I would like to know how he got the code for payment as I thought this was a protec

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I emailed provider a few days before requesting day and time for pickup, I called provider and left a voice-mail and sent text messages as well. The provider has NEVER responded. Vehicle was supposed to be picked up between 10-18 and 10-19, which NEVER happened. Thanks!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider states 'transmission problems' and this would be accurate for the first time he canceled , however the date was pushed forward to the following week.After two days of Vince not answering his phone,I was emailed in route to the shipment that Vince would no longer be able to make it as he was stuck in Texas. At the time his 'Track Me' link said he was in Arizona.Two reviews on his profile were posted during the time he should of been shipping for me.Bad Business.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We gave the shipper the phone number for the place of pickup (Fri 9/14/2012) he never called us back. In previous conversation we informed him that he needed to call and schedule the pickup so someone could be there. The number we gave him is the working number and worked fine on Thursday and again today. Today (Tuesday 9/18/2012)the person who has the auto clave called to ask where our shipper is! After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After several attempts to get this transaction completed, even when it became very difficult to communicate with the service provider, on the day he showed up to pick up the items from the storage facility, he just turned around and cancelled. This was after the storage facility personnel called us to let us know they will haul my stuff in an open trailer. We had a few concerns, which was reasonable. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were contacted the day following our scheduled pick-up by a family member and told that the Service Provider had a stroke on the way to pick-up our furniture.
His communication was very good prior to his 'no-show', so it is our gut feel that this was a sincere medical emergency and we wish him the speediest recovery.
Unfortunately for us, we need to ship ASAP (pick-up today (Monday April 30) or tomorrow (May 1st). Delivery date is flexible.
