Cost was $122.45 greater than ubid quote. Arrangement with Vickycap was to be billed upon delivery. Due to the trucking company (she is not a trucking company but an independent dispatcher) not being able to give Vicky credit, she asked me to go to walmart to send the cash to the driver directly. I refused, paid vicky directly so she could pay the driver. She took her fee out, and gave the driver the remainder. When the driver arrived, i paid the balance, and vicki has not repaid the $122.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider did not show up 3 times. On the fourth time she said the shipment was 5k#, not 2k# which is inconsistent with the manufacturer's spec. It is always one thing after another with this provider. The item had to be removed from the auction premesis or it would be unsecure. It is not my fault this provider did not pick up the item on three dates that she said she would. On the fourth no show she said it was for reasons of weight but of course did not call me at the time aga

After the bid was booked I get an e-mail saying she could not do it on the day we needed. Then she e-mails and stated that they could do it that day at 7:00 am. Then she e-mails it will be at 1:00. They never showed up. I called three times with no answer. Finally got a call back 4 hours later. It was too late to move because he was over 100 miles away. Made it for the next day at 9:30. They showed up at 12:00. They badly damaged 3 pieces of furniture. Would never recommend these people.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I accepted Vickycap's bid because she said they could haul both pieces of equipment on one load and could deliver immediately. I have called and Emailed them repeatedly and was given the run-around when I did happen to speak to Vicky or Jesse. No one has ever returned my messages. The only Email I received was the initial response to the bid. I left a message yesterday to let them know I would be cancelling the order. Enough is enough.

I had to call them both times and nobody gave reason or explanation for missing arrival day. Mon 03 Aug after no show at PU AM, cannot wait any longer.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Dear Sir From Starting we have stated the Dims & Weight of this crane & had given weight & dims including the counterweight that is kept loose The only request was made that if the driver can attach the counterweight himself or if not we can speak to the mechanic there to fit for him. I once again repeat that with the fitting of this counterweight the crane will be of the dims & weight that we had provided & nothing extra so therefore there is no question of any new permits or else.

Eastern	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Customer said the weight was 2000 lbs turns out it was close to 5000 lbs could now ship for agreed rate, also before I found out about the weight, I had a truck picking up equ. found out someone had to meet truck to load and they could not load the same day, we could have waited for loader but still had a problem with the weight, tried to ship for same rate but could not, told customer driver needed 250.00 more to cover extra weight, customer said no. have no choice but to cancel
