Vic & his son did an excellent job delivering our boat to us. After accepting their bid they had our boat picked up and on its way home within hours. They arrived one day earlier than schedule. Very good job.

Vic would NOT return calls. He had my truck for 4 extra days and put 4,200 extra miles on it. He used it to haul boats all over the USA without my concent. I have taken legal action and if he doesn't pay for the use of my truck he is hopefully going to jail. I am a professional in the business for 32 years. This guy is the worst I have seen. He cannot tell the truth.

Mr. James Mauldin when you accepted my bid you suggested to get a boat to transport. I was not always with my cell phone. I have paid you $300. plus the funds of $475. you owed me for transporting your truck. I beleive I have paid my debt for this transaction. Your truck arrived on April 1 within 6 days of pickup with no dents or any damage of the interior that should mean something to you. I have learned alot from this transaction, hopefully we have settled this issue. God Bless Vic

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment When contacted by the service provider my shipper said he would call back after arranging for his wife to be at the pickup. The service provider did not answer the return call a few minutes later. I received the cancellation notice online about the same time. I prepaid the shipping to the service provider and he has not answered my calls and messages requesting a refund.

Wrong on this I called Friday nite and your person who had the canoe said he had to go to bed early and would not be able to stay up for us to pickup your canoe. When I contacted the person who had your canoe at 9:00 AM he said, he would call back within 5 minutes to tell us whether this shipment would be pickedup Saturday, March 28, At 02:30PM we could not wait any longer for a response of whether we could pickup canoe. We tryed to call Karnie but, do not get an answer. So with no response

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services It appears that Vic has more cancellations than moves. They use the shotgun approach to business and do not care about the customer.

Things happen, Mr.Edward M. Moore, that are not under anyones control. Thank God, that I am still alive so I can see what wonderful people we have in this country who can not accept that someone was in an accident and cannot ship his boat when scheduled. That's so Terrible!
