great hauler would highly reccomend very honest and upfront, hard to find a better shipper, if your looking at this feedback trying to decide, keep in mind, you might find someone for less and end up with someone unreliable or misleading, this guy definately a man of his word, highly reccomend, A+ SERVICE A+ Price A+ Communication

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The transporter said he was flexible with the time of pickup but then added that he needed to pick up the next morning but the dealer was not ready for the delivery or allow to go until the check got there. The transporter then said he would pick up on April 10th and I agreed to wait. I tried to contact him via email on the 9th and he didn't return email and did not pick up as he said. Now I have relisted the item. So I need a refund or to put that deposit towards an acceptable bid.

Response from ValTrans: SHIPPER AGREED TO PICKUP DATE, 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE, CALLED DAY BEFORE PICKUP AND SAID THERE WAS A PAPERWORK PROBLEM, I SAID I WOULD TRY TO GET TO IT THE FOLLOWING WEEK. SHIPPER NEVER CALLED TO SAY PAPERWORK ISSUE WAS RESOLVED, THEN CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO SEE WHAT TIME I WAS PICKING UP. I HAD NOT SCHEDULED A PICKUP AS I HAD NOT HEARD FROM SHIPPER. SHIPPERS NEED TO REALIZE HOW TIGHT AND IN ADVANCE WE MUST SCHEDULE TO MAKE ANY MONEY.
