Captain Dale was great. He helped get my friends 17 year old cat - who is not the friendliest cat - from California to Florida without any trouble. He was timely efficient and gave the cat wonderful care. Thanks Captain!

I had a wonder experience working with Dale! This was a difficult transition to send our precious dog to live with my brother in Florida. Dale helped us to make this difficult time easier! Dale is honest, and you can tell he loves animals. he took amazing care of our dog and kept me posted along the way. He was on time and always contacted me when he said he would! He is extremely dedicated to his work! I would entrust my pets again!

We were so fortunate to find Capt. Dale to transport our 85 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback across the country. Dale kept us informed throughout the trip and he ensured Mak's comfort and safety despite the distance traveled. Dale took the time to bond with our dog and we remain forever grateful to him for his terrific service and care.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I had been dealing and asking questions with my service provider and thought I was talking to him when another provider broke into our question and answers and answered questions that I asked the original provider. I therefore accepted the bid thinking it was the original provider. It was not.
