There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
After the bid was accepted, the service provider requested a depositoutside of the agreed price and terms. This not being a huge issue, I requested an invoice so I could pay it through paypal. I had to request this two more times. After almost 2 weeks canceled the shipment and wold no longer accept or return phone calls. Now this service provider is harrassing me on the relisting of this shipment, and trying to bad mouth my reputation in this forum. I have already relisted this shipment and

Response from VNVeteransXpress: SHIPPER WAS AWARE OF THE DEPOSIT, AND ACKNOWLEDGED SAME. WE CHECKED "findre's" EBAY FEEDBACK, AND FOUND HIM TO BE A "NO PAY". WE CONTACTED THE SHIPPER IN HOUSTON, WHO STATED "findre" HAD FAILED TO PAY HIM IN FULL FOR THE GENERATOR, AND WORK ON SAME WOULD NOT EVEN BEGIN UNTIL IT WAS PAID FOR. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have sent USHIP several emails regarding this horrible transaction. As a result, I will have to relist my item to be shipped. I would like a full refund on my credit card for my deposit. My previous emails to you have gone unanswered, except for one (Two weeks ago). The seller has been given my phone number and the recipients phone number and has not made any contact with either of us.

Great job and great guy! We had a tight timeframe to coordinate & execute transfer with the seller and Capt. Dale was given responsibility since I’m in TX. He overcame a no show mover, wild fires, blown tires, detours, kamikaze pelicans and God knows what else to complete his mission. He assisted in procuring a trailer for the boat and took extra precaution to avoid any problems clearance as it has a helm station and stands very tall. I am sorry for the incovenice but do to a mechanical breakdown on my transporter I will not be able to complete or finish your move! If you have given me a deposit you will be refunded the full amount. Estimated time for vehicle to be fixed is about 10 to 15 days. Capt Dale told me he blew the engine in his truckon his last trip to C.A.and was trying to get it fixed. I did tell him after the match was made that my dog was 15 and could not jump into the back of a truck, His Reply was that he had just shipped a Boxer that could not jump into the truck either and it was difficult but it would be ok if he could get his truck fixed in time to ship my dog before June 1 2007

OUR BRAND NEW 2007 TRUCK BROKE DOWN, AND WE WERE STUCK IN A MOTEL IN CALIFORNIA FOR TEN(10) DAYS. AND, WHEN NO ONE COULD MATCH OUR BID, HILARY GOT IMPATIENT, AND RELISTED HER TWO DOGS, WITHOUT ASKING US. SHE HAD TWO LISTINGS ACTIVE, WHICH IS AGAINST USHIP RULES (AS RIDICULOUS AS THEY ARE).
