Response from rjc: dont understand the care of goods or the services as described....i haul $500000.00 vehicles with out a mark and take care of them better than if they wher myown.and i got car to shipper when i said i would with no problems....the only problem was at copart auction, the auction could not find keys for vehicle. and i waited 1.5 hrs. at no extra fee. so i think this may be a mistake on the shippers part for the star rating that i received...no problem with shipper very good to work for no prob$$$
