Shipment was picked up and delivered on schedule, however, communication could be improved, after multiple phone calls and an email, I finally called the seller to find out if the item had been picked up. I do have to say that communication was excellent prior to pickup and the shipment arrived free of damage, and on time. Good Job, Thank you. May use for more shipments in the future.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
When this shipment was first listed it was known that the hull of this boat was not boxed or palletized. After MANY phones calls and promises to pick-up the shipment Roadway finally arrived to pick it up. When they got there they refused to load the boat because it was not boxed. Since then no one at UssFreight will return my calls. The shipment was to be completed before May 15 to allow use of this boat in a community sailing program. It now appears this program will have to be cancelled d

Response from UssFreight: I apologize that we could not come to a common ground. After several attempts to pick this item up, the item was not packaged properly and was denied by 3 different LTL common carriers. Communication from shipper on lack of packaging was never displayed. Common carriers have guidelines on how items should be packaged and your item was not. We would never ship anything not packaged right due to claim issues.
