Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

"Intelligent Shipping is no longer in business. All shipments can be cancelled. All customers will be contacted this week." "Hello, we are no longer operating and filing for bankruptcy. If we did pickup your shipment you can contact 651-454-0000. You will be contacted is a refund is due to you. David" After taking my money and making me wait for 3 weeks I received the couple of emails above, I think that you are a shyster and should be held accountable for my $. You still owe me $69.06

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services "Intelligent Shipping is no longer in business. All shipments can be cancelled. All customers will be contacted this week." Received this email just a few minutes ago. Need to cancel all dealings with this co. and I need my money back...I also need a compedent company to deliver my mower. Don Kennon
