Overall I was happy with the shipment. The only problem i had was my paperwork and what I was told on delivery date got messed up and it was suppose to be a week later. They worked with me to get the shipment there as soon as possible, but a week difference on when you think your getting your delivery for your shipment is pretty big. Other than that one problem everything else was good.

The shipment loaded on a wednesday, and he wanted it delivered that friday. The trip was 2300 miles. It was impossible to complete that in that time frame, but it delivered tuesday. Thank you for your business.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved the change in price causes by dimensions for vehicle listed that was not accurate!

We base our price on your dimensions being accurate, and they weren't so the price change reflected the difference and the customer did not like it. He wanted us to do more work for the same ammount of money. Ask yourself, would you?

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved when the shipper was going to load the truck, he found out that a crane was needed to put the truck on his trailer. it was going to cost me around 300 dollars more. and I didn´t have that money so, I looked for a hidraulic trailer with a crane included in Houston on the yellow pages and they did the job.

The dimensions for the item we bid on "changed" after the bid was accepted and we then needed a wrecker service to assist loading. Customer was not willing to do what was needed to assist with us transporting this shipment.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved My shipment is for 2 heavy equipment items and his bid was of $695 so I accepted, but then he told me that the bid was for only 1 item, and he want $1000 or more for both items be shipped.

My bid was per item. Customer wanted both items on one trailer and we are unable to do that legally. We do not haul illegal freight. I lowered my price to $1000.00 for both items instead of $695 per item, but was not good enough for customer. Thank you for the opportunity.
