AMAZING! These guys were right on top of things. Picked my item up within 24 hours of booking and delivered within 48 hours. We had a bit of a mix up on the delivery end and the driver dealt with it very professionally! I will happily use these guys again!

The truck took only 11 pallets, leaving 1 pallet. I had to hire another truck for it, paying extra $250. After all, Justin says the truck had enough room for 12 pallets, if I loaded the pallets sideways. Neither Justin nor the driver told me that before loading. Justin says it is not his fault that the truck didn't take all 12 pallets. I don't quite agree on his comment.

It is ultimately up to the customer to fit his/her product on the truck, I did as requested and provided a truck with the space needed. Mr. Gaku did not load the truck correctly. Furthermore Mr. Gaku was told that that in order for the pallets to fit, they should be loaded with the longest side widthwise. This is not my companies fault, nor fault of the driver.
