I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After the service provider accepted shipment they never contact me when they can haul the machine for me. I have listed the shipment as Urgent shipment.I need to haul my machine ASAP. I have to post another listing ASAP. Response from UnitedCommoditiesLogistics: It is our company standard once a bid is accepted, we contact the customer by phone or email - there is no exception to this. The customer knew full and well that our bid time frame stated pick up within 10 days and delivery within 5 days. They accepted our terms and then decided to cancel on us before our terms ended. They did not fulfill their end of the agreement as we were still well within ours.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After accepting the bid, the service provider was unable to locate a driver with a tarp that wanted to take the shipment. We gave the service provider 14 days to locate a driver. Jai, the dispatcher, tried very hard to fulfill this order but it backfired on her. I put no blame for this on her. I blame the truckers who run flatbeds with no tarps. Thank you Jai for your hard efforts and great communication. Response from UnitedCommoditiesLogistics: Thank you for the kind words. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time they couldnt find anybody to haul it for this price Response from UnitedCommoditiesLogistics: Truck availability decreased in that area drastically and we were unable to obtain a truck for the agreed price.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved after accepting bid provider wants to raise agreed on price see attached email
I have a driver who's interested in the load but has requested a rate
higher than what I will receive. The driver has requested 1400 and he will
pick up the load tomorrow. I'll await your reply.

Response from UnitedCommoditiesLogistics: We notified the customer that we were not able to get the shipment done for the price we agreed, he told us to try - so we located a truck and they wanted more money than originally agreed, we gave the customer the option and they opted not to pay more.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Gave him ample time. Even ,Past the pick up date & does not seem to

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service Provider did not were unable to perform the agreed job and attempt to reach him very abortive. I do not trust the Service Provider and felt that he scammed me. I have loss time and money on this transaction and not able to deal with the Service Provider offered it for free.
