I say positive because we had time to work with. All items were cared for well, and the shipper adapted to some changes well. The only complaint is that the shipper does not meet previously agreed on dates/times. My shipment arrived 2 days later than planned, but I was fortunate in that it only impacted my back having to sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag 3 nights in stead of 1.

Earl did a great job preparing the bike for shipment and securing the bike. Delivery was a few days late, no falt of Earl's is was expected due to the bad weather (ice, snow and more ice)we have experienced for the past week. I would use his service again.
