A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
i have been informed by the shipper that he will not be able to deliver this weekend as promised. he left me a voice mail after i emailed him to ask where the shipment was and he stated in the voice mail he could not deliver for another 10 days which is not satisfactory to me. Once i accepted the bid the weight and size changed and i informed his immediatly and we agreed on a igher cost due to the changes but he said it could still be delivered this weekend. iam trully SAD i was not able to FIT the CRATED JET Ski on the trk i BID for a 9-10ft long ski and had JUST enough room to carry it in Covered trk bed BUT YES IT GROOW TO 13'6" long and 51"Wx51'T after i allready bid on a BRAND-NEW 30ft OUTBACK bumper pull CAMPER from OHIO 2 MT also BOOKED it 25days earlier..IT ended up HAVING Shorter tounge Lenght on it.
I did my best to work around that... delivery could be 1-wk LATER..BUT same PRICE..MY routing is South/East upto CANADIAN boarder BI_WEEKLY

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The Shipper contact me ( the destination address) and the ship from address and made clear pickup arrangements. Those arrangments were not followed thru and i can not reach the shipper. it has now been 4 days and have left multiple messages. I am still willing to work with him but the arrangements need to occure ASAP.

My pick-up and delivery dates were flexible which worked out very well with this shipper's schedule. He went out of his way to put extra padding and shrink wrap on my loose items that couldn't be boxed. He spent a lot of time loading everything on his truck perfectly to prevent damage during travel. He put the items in my storage locker in an orderly and logical way to make it easier for me to sort through them. Very professional!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
After careful consideration, my husband and I have decided its not best for us to move back. I would have been moving back to MA while he was deployed and then payin to move yet again to TX when he returned home. Instead of paying for numerous moves and swithch are kids schools I am just going to stay in TX till hes done with his contract. Earl was very professional and handled the piano I was shipping carefully. He wrapped the piano very securely to avoid damage. Earl communicated well. You have to be flexible w/ your expected delivery time. Price was very reasonable.
