I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Shipper left message night before he wanted to pick up, but when we responded the next morning, he could not pick up. Since then, I have attempted to contact him three times (once by e-mail, twice by telephone) and have received no reply.
I want to try another shipper.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
it has been over 2 weeks since I contracted them.. they have had numerous excuses why they cant pick it up... I want to pick a new company.. havent had this problem before thx Dan Miller

Response from USAVETRANSPORT: Thanks for being so Understanding!!! Our main driver with the the MiniVan that is cost efective suffered a stroke and the MiniVan was in an accident and needs repair becfore this item could be picked. thanks Usavetransport.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I spoke with my shipper and he suggested thanksgiving eve as the night that he could pick up my puppy. I have been trying to contact him via email and phone for the last 3 days. There was no room on his message machine so I left a call back number at least 4 times. In addition, the other number that he had listed on his profile, no longer belonged to him. He finally emailed me tonight 3 days later telling me that he could not pick up my pup for at least another week. This is unacceptable. I

I have been waiting 1 1/2 months for shipment. I have been trying to work with the shipper but with no replies from email and the phones don't work. I would like to relist the item for imediate pickup.
