The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The provider agreed to pickup my vehicle today and is cancelling at the last minute. I sent the provider deposit of $325 (50% of agreed shipping cost) via PayPal and would like it back before any cancellation occurs. Thank you.

I phoned UBOXIT and left message on answeremachine to call me and let me know what was taking place and that I was looking for a little more exact date to work my schedule around delivery time. As long as I know within a few days I will pay entire 1,000 up front

Response from UBOXIT: In the event that this agreement can not be fulfilled for any reason by either party all deposits paid are “non-refundable”. It is further agreed that any refund of paid deposit will be at the sole discretion of Craig Cullen / UBOXIT. In the event of default under this agreement by either party there will be no reimbursement of deposit paid, it is further understood that “deposits are non-refundable”.

I am rejecting this cancellation until i personally hear from the uboxit .....the vendor.
How do i get the fee charged credited back to my amex ? The fee charged to uship $53 and my deposit of $225 ?
Only then will i "accept" this cancellation.
