The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Originally agreed that the boat would be picked up on March 15 - was contacted March 13 by the shipper and told they can no longer pick up on that date. This is a very time sensitive shippment and since they cannot pick it up on the agrred date I have to cancel.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Once I accepted the bid from the service provider, the service provider TxDalton contacted me and asked for The Payment code. I advised them that this was my first time using Uship and the terms listed on line by USHIP advised against this. TxDalton insisted that their company's terms overrode USHIP and continued to demand the Payment code. I contacted USHIP and advised them and a 100% refund was promised by Uship.
Response from TxDalton:
In responce to Erich he didnt read all of my terms and conditions it states that and load booked that is under 900.00 is to be paid in full within 48hrs of booking, the only way to get our money up front was to ask for the code we did not ask more than 1 time and never told him that our company rules override uship rules but if you read our terms and conditions like you should he would have know to accept using the deposit method thanks for your time.......

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Sirs, I have made numerous phone calls to Andrew at TxDalton, Everytime I have called every thing seemed normal at first,then He reportedly did'nt have the contact info, I gave him the contact info,A week went by, when i didn't here from him i gave him a call, that's when the run around began!! he told me his dad never got the information from U-ship, So i gave him the info AGAIN!! Still no reply after another week went by, I called andrew several times during this 3rd time! finally he just gave

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment WHen I posted the add for the Ford Excursion I specifically selected trailer only. The shippers son picked up my vehicle and drove it away. He called me the next day and told me that I would need to buy a tire because he had a blow out. I confronted him with my trailer only requirement and he said the flatbed failed through and that I t would have to be driven. I am completely uncomfortable with it being driven especially after the shipper drove it away in the first place with out my permiss

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller told me that the bike was broken and no one knows how many takes it repaired.

the seller contacted me to let me know he took it for one last ride and the oil pump went out and he needed to get it fixed before it could be transported so it wont fit in my schedule and i agreed to cancel nobody is at fault just bad luck on sellers part thanks guys

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would choose a different service provider unless time is not important.
The Service provider was behind schedule from the first week. I got a lot of run around and excuse after excuse. I feel bad he allegedly got kidney stones and hope he recovers soon. I would have preferred a cancellation a week ago. I would not recommend this service provider.

i told ryan what the schedule was and i was only 4 days behind because of the kidney stones and yes they were real, i was in contact with him every other day and never lied to or fed him any bull i was always strait forward i asked him if he wanted to use someone else and he said no but i felt because i couldnt get it there when my timeline says in my profile ive never been late with a load and i dont want to start ive worked hard to keep my name good and i want to keep it that way,thanks shawn
