Service Provider had a family emergency and couldn't accommodate the shipment as agreed. Time was of the essence and there was no way for the Service Provider to meet the requested and agreed to Service Level Terms.

Despite a winter storm, Reba was picked up within a few hours of estimate and she was delivered safe and sound to SC exactly on time. What a relief this was to not have to drive her all the way to SC myself. Thank you so much for your great care of Reba. I'd recommend your service to anyone.

Shipper was very friendly and took great care of the puppy, but it took much longer than quoted. I understood that they would be later in picking her up due to inclement weather, but after she was picked up it took almost 86 hours and I was quoted 48 hours. Otherwise, we were thrilled, she was delivered safe and sound. The shipper communicated with us daily while she was being transported and we were very comfortable that she was in good hands.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider claimed we had misrepresented ourselves adn our location, but in a personal email stated,
"Hello. I appologise for the delay, our driver had to go to the hospital last night, he passed out, and they are testing him to see what is wrong. He is in TX, our other driver is with him, and I am going to have to postpone our other deliveries until we get him better. I am so sorry, we will not be able to get Harley. We can on another trip, but we have no way to tell what is going
