I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked Turbo J to transport my dog on Dec 3 and was given a time frame of Jan 1-3 for them to pick him up in NY. They confirmed a pickup time of 9-12 on Jan 2 but had to cancel due to weather- saying they would be there the next day. They never showed the next day and my sister missed work and school sitting around waiting for them. I have called, left messages and emailed them to no avail. I was really hoping to continue the transaction but it seems they may be trying to just take my mone Response from TurboJ: Nobody was trying to take thier money. They were given a full refund. They didnt check messages until the next day, when they found the messages I left. They changed the pick up location and where asked to email it to us and didnt, so we called for the new address, we thought they said Watervalet,NY when they really meant Watervliet,NY. Thats why we wanted it emailed & not over the phone. So, that along with the snow that was falling on me is why Doyle is still in NY.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Turbo J Transport picked up the dog they agreed to transport from Illinois to New Jersey at 6:30 AM on November 14 in Macomb, Illinois from my daughter. At 7:15 AM they returned the dog to my daughter in Macomb, Illinois because they said the dog was too upset to make the trip and they couldn't handle this 13 year old beagle. This shipment must be cancelled as Turbo J did not perform the service promised. They have left Illinois and are on their way back to New Hampshire. I am requesting the Response from TurboJ: This 13 year old Beagle was gasping for breath, choking, and throwing himself against the kennel. he just needed a sedative. He's 13, he wouldnt have made it thru IL,IA,WI,MI,OH,GA,VA, and then finally NJ, hes not a young man. If you cared at all about him, youd get him to a vet before transpoting him. Ive been doing this along time, I know when a dog is in distress. As long as theres a buck to be made you'll find someone to transport, no matter the stress to the dog. Im sure youll find one.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am going to have to cancel my Bid with Pat & Gerry, Unfortunately their Van Broke down, Pat Called me immediately, and had explained they were trying to get it fixed, She informed me, she would call me the next day, i had not heard from her, which is understandable, considering their circumstances, unfortunately, i am going to have to go through someone else, We want our Dog Lucky to get here as soon as possible, and i just can't wait any longer, Pat & Gerry have been wonderful, i am very sor
