Hello,We are Nationwide Door to Door Ground Pet Transporter. We specialize in making sure that your pet has a Safe and Stress free transport. All our transports are NEVER overbooked as we travel with a small group at a time to insure your pet gets individual attention he/she may need. We provide all that is needed for you pet to travel, ie, crate during the trip, bottled water, bedding. A cell number for the driver is given upon booking so that you may stay in touch with your pets status and delivery. 24 hour notice is given prior to pick-up and drop-off. We also address animals with special needs or medications(please be sure to mention special needs/medications upon booking) Please feel free to contact us to address any concerns you may have about your pets transport. We accept paypal, and cash, all arrangements are made upon booking. We look forward to transporting your pet. Please note that all animals must be accompanied by a health certificate.

No Detailed Feedback Available As a German Shepherd breeder I have used many transports. This is by far the best experience with a transport company I have had. My dog was cared for like one of their own and they kept on time through a hurricane!! So pleased and will be using them again! Thank You so much for the excellent experience!

No Detailed Feedback Available Everything went really good. They were very friendly. They picked my dog up in texas and delivered her to me in western mass 24hrs later in a storm!! I appreciate their service and would definitely use them again. They kept in contact with me and the timing was great.

The transportation itself was great. Teak made it from NY to TX in under 48 hours and was well cared for. The problem was he didn't get here until about two weeks after the date we wanted him here. TurboJ had van trouble and had to postpone the pick-up by two weeks.

Transport of my 5 cats from MA to IL was the basis of scheduling all other aspects of my personal cross country move. Pick up was changed with less than 24 hours notice requiring the need to reschedule furniture pickup, utility arrangements etc. Delivery of the cats was moved up with even less notice forcing me to drive 15 hours in one day in order to arrive at approximately the same time as the cats. Both changes caused a great deal of inconvenience with no apologies by the service.

P/u was sched.for 7-6 and,was made 7-6, there was no change made.Delivery was to be made within 72hrs,Delivery was made within 36 hrs. Kay gave us names and #'s for 2 people who could recieve the cats.They were happy to help but,Kay got upset when we called them.She wanted me to keep them for 3-4 days for a trip thats only takes 18 hrs to drive.She created alot of drama that didnt need to be.She was calling us and the folks recieving the cats,screaming at everyone.Kay canceled a prior trip too.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We have been calling for about a week or so, 11 calls. We got 1 responce saying she was at jury duty but, we can reach her in the evening either. And, have heard nothing since. Were going to go ahead and book another client that is returning calls. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have indeed returned phone calls, and have the records to prove it. My FIRST phone call was to let you know I had Jury duty, which ended last week. I have called after that numerous times, and the number you gave me always goes to voice mail. I have also texted AND emailed (also have copies). The number you call back from is an unknown number, so I did miss your last call- but called back the number you left within 3 MINUTES of your call, and it went to voicemail-
