A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved While I was on route to customers residence. I received a call from another client who I had picked horses up for in Paris, KY previously that day. There was a problem with paperwork and 1 of the horses couldnt be transported to where I was going, Houston TX. The only other location where I could drop off these horses was a horse farm near Dallas, TX. Which was no where close to my route. I didnt know what to do. After looking at the map I discovered that since I was no longer heading to Houst

The day started off rough, we had some issues with one of horses, but he did what he had to do in order to get the horses delivered to a safe location. He could have left me hanging, but worked hard to help resolve the situation and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Had check waiting on me at pick-up.
