The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Don't lecture me, you didn't follow through on what you told me you could do before I booked with you. I asked specifically if you could pick my car up by a certain date, you said go ahead and book so we can make sure this happens. Then you never came though. You should have told me strait up that you can't guarantee a pickup date and that I would be taking my chances getting this car shipped by a specific date, then I could have made other arrangements. Be strait forward with your customers! Response from TrotterAutoTransport: We are strait up with are customers and this is why we have so meany positive rating's. We sent a truck over to pick up vehicle and it did not run and had flat tire's so we charge $75.00 dollars for INOP fee and he did not what to pay that.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Was not in terms and conditions that i would have to pay driver cash upon delivery, shippers terms made it seem that total amount would be paid upfront Response from TrotterAutoTransport: It says right in are profile we collect a deposit and then you pay are driver on dekivery the remaining amount. C.O.D.'s are the fastest service you can ever get.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider has had 3 weeks for a shipment that was advertised as 3 days. They have not contacted me for updates and the only communication has been on my end. Response from TrotterAutoTransport: Not true, The customer changed the pick up location to a small town in the middle of no where and we told him this would take longer then the bid said because of the change in the pick up location.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider stated they would pick the vehicle up on 29 March which they didn't. The vehicle needed to be in Texas no later than 7 April. This shipment was booked 16 March which gave the provider plenty of time. We were given every excuse in the book to include its Spring Break. The provider was not reliable. Please refund when able.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We made this deal in November. It is now four months later, shipper could not deliver. I ended up flying to NJ and driving the car 2000 miles myself. Lonnie was pleasant about it, just said "nobody is picking up cars in the Northeast". Response from TrotterAutoTransport: This was avery hard winter with record breaking snow falls and part of the northeast buried in lots of snow and freezing temputurer's.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Trotter Transport was very acommodating but unfortunately the customer that bought the vehicle flew in and drove their vehicle back to Slydell.Not Trotters fault and not my fault.Thanks and will use this service again.
