BEING MY FIRST CROSS COUNTRY SHIPMENT, THE PROCESS WAS OVERWELMING AT FIRST THEN I ACCEPTED A BID FROM TRANSPRO USA AND NEIL TOOK OVER WITH GREAT AUTHORITY AND MADE IT HAPPEN. THE ENTIRE EVENT WAS ASSUME THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITVE, THE COMMUNICATION EXCELLENT AND THE GOODS ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION 2-DAYS EARLY. IF YOU NEED A SHIPPER WHO KNOWS AND MORE IMPORTANTLY DOES THEIR JOB WELL YOU NEED NEIL AND TRANSPRO USA..

People were friendly, tried a couple times to get it delivered, but receipt point not available. Left at ship dock, they did good job. Stayed in communication from several thousand miles away. I will use again.

Response from TransproUSALogistics: Due to circumstances beyond carrier's control, customer's drop shipment location / consignee for this shipment wasn't readily available or responding to carrier's VM messages to schedule delivery. Customer most understanding for difficulties encountered by carrier with consignee's "non-availability" to receive in a timely manner. However with persistence "drop shipment" delivery was effected for the customer by consignee pick-up. Would appreciate the opportunity to be of service again.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Provider wanted funds in advance of shipment. I wanted payment made at delivery.

Response from TransproUSALogistics: Upon bid acceptance & as per clearly stated terms, customer was emailed information for online procedure for remittance of freight charges. Customer subsequently wanted COD terms after the fact which are unacceptable. Customer further inferred he didn't like the bid's terms of service or tone of wording contained therein. In summary, customer appears to have been motivated by cost alone & no attention to detail. Broker hereby accepts customer's request to cancel without prejudice or dispute.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The seller of this item miscommunicated it's weight and dimensions. The shipper who's bid I accepted has been extremely polite and helpful. But the item weighs 200lbs more than I was originally told and it is longer than I was told. Understandably the shipper said that he would have to withdraw his original bid and since he is traveling until Jan 3rd he would not be able to tell me what he can do it for until then. I'm now in somewhat of a hurry to get this item so I would like to re-list it as
