due to none prepayment of freight charges as per service provider's (TSP) terms and conditions which the customer agreed to upon bid acceptance. 3 weeks transpired following bid acceptance with numerous email reminders plus phone calls to customer requesting payment which wasn't done. Customer did not respond to reminders leaving TSP no other option but to request cancellation of accepted service bid.

Man, all I can say it was a great experience and I saved over $200 by using this service instead of UPS. I was really nervous at first for using a service like this, but the service provider followed through from start to finish. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Arranged to ship a small printing press. Payed extra for inside delivery. Didn't get it. Didn't get refund. Press arrived broken. Truckers (R+L Trucking) apparently broke it, then wrapped up the broken bits in a bundle of Saran wrap to conceal the damage. Other than that, how did you enjoy the play Mrs. Lincoln?

Excellent customer to deal with & a good communicator following initial email exchanges once bid was accepted. Carrier’s performance in this case did not meet the expectations of either the customer or the broker. Customer has subsequently been advised to file damage claim & of the process to do so. Carrier didn’t send proper resources to effect delivery as per BOL special instructions. Cargo insurance rider not purchased so shipment defaults to being under carrier’s blanket insurance policy.

This shipper is extremely knowledgable, and an excellent communicator. They saved me a BUNDLE by reccomending shipping to the freight terminal, where the item was trensfererd to my SUV, by the frright terminal staff at no additional charge. Thry worked hard to save me cash, and kept me up to date at each step in the process. I give this shipper an unreserved A+ and my strongest reccomendation! Thanks!
