I no longer need my item(s) shipped I spoke with the shipper and explained that my brother just happened to be in the area picking up a dozer and had room to pick up the truck for me. I explained to them and they told me to go ahead and submit the canceled load. thank you

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I booked on 1-24-2013 with the specifications “service provider will pick up within 3 days of booking”. I was then told by the contact given (Wayne Barteau)on the phone that the shipment would be picked up on Friday (1-25) or Monday (1-28). We were very understanding on Monday (1-28-13) when Wayne told us that it might be a day or so later. It is now 2-1 (9 days since booking) and after countless unanswered calls, Auto Transport 4 U has requesting cancellation only after I said I'd cancel. Lies.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper had a life even occur that prohibited him from meeting the terms of the bid acceptance. Communication was fine, shipper just had a lot going on.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period 8 days ago I accepted the service provider's bid. I immediately contacted the service provider and was promised a call back. Several days passed with no calls back, even though I called the service provider EVERY DAY requesting info as to when the vehicle would be picked up. During the past 5 days (from Friday through today) I called around 10 times a day, but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE and messages cannot be left because VOICE MAIL IS FILLED.
