I am pleased with the condition of the vehicle upon arrival, and the monetary transaction. I believe the broker to be over worked and under staffed as he cited personal problems as the source of communication issues. Do not hold the company to any sort of realistic time for shipment.

This was a smooth and well coordinated shipment. The driver picked up my car from an auction house in Arkansas, and 5 days later (as promised) it was was delivered to my doorstep hassle free. Although I prefer to use uShip payments where possible, the payment on delivery arrangement was transparent and reasonable. I would certainly be willing to use this provider again.

I want an explaination as to why this was only cancelled AFTER I posted comments on proiders page. 60 hours after pickup was to occur. I have to now find another transporter and will have at least 2 days of rental car expenses. I want those paid.
