This is a really great company to work with. They go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly. I appreciated all the help they gave us, especially since we were not at the pick up location. Way to go guys!! Your the greatest!!! Will definately use them for our next venture!!!

THEY AGREED TO DELIVER 1 DAY CALLED LATER THE DAY PROMISED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD DELIVER THE NEXT DAY ! SHIPMENT CAME IN VERY LATE , NO INVOICE FOR PAYMENT WAS SENT WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL WHEN SHIPMENT WAS PICKED UP ! NO ONE CALLED , THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNORGANIZED ! STILL WAITING ON INVOICE FROM COMPANY ! THEN THEY LEFT ME A NEGATIVE FEED BACK !

The freight was delivered in 1 day not late at all. I can verify with POD signed at pick up and delivery. We did call and spoke with Fatima and her husband. Invoice was sent and received, which we can verify via paypal and email verification from customer. Spoke with customer 3 different times via phone and they tell us payment will be made tomorrow. They have not answered multiple phone calls from our office or emails. I will send copies of documents to USHIP for verification.

This is my first large shipment that required 3 semi trucks. The scheduled times for each pickup and drop off got a bit screwy, but we worked it out fine. I severely underestimated the time it would take to load the trucks, but David and the shippers he hired were very gracious about it. David and the dispatchers always followed up with every truckload. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and had a sense of humor. Overall a great learning experience and I am very pleased.
