The company that shipped the furniture was Transit System. They are the most unorganized people I have ever talked to. Still have not made the delivery because they continue to loose the name and phone # of the person getting the delivery. Would never use this carrier. Can't wait to here of the condition of my furniture.

Response from TransitSystems: The customer decided to issue us negative feedback prior to his order being completed. He [at no point] inquired to us regarding any sort of problems/issues needing resolution as instructed - I believe that he has confused us, the broker, with our carrier (the agents making the pickup and/or delivery). If we would have been notified about ANY issue he was experiencing with the carrier(s), we would have been more than happy to address it with this customer.

Service Provider was professional and communicated adequately
There were minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical breakdowns, etc.) and the member did their best to accommodate the situation

Response from TransitSystems: This customer packed their own order, so perhaps that it what accounts for their feedback. It's always easier to place blame on others that to take responsibility for one's own actions (or lack thereof). We facilitated the shipping - the customer packed the order poorly, which accounts for why damage occured.

Great person on the phone. The mattress and box springs were delivered on a day when there was someone home - exactly as I requested. If needed I would use this company again.

Everything arrived today. In San Diego, the pick-up company was slightly unhelpful, but I had nothing but good experiences with Jason and the Columbus crew. The packaging was slightly ripped, but as long as your item is packaged well, then you have little to fear.
