The chair was received in good shape, so adequate care was taken with it during shipping. I felt that the subcontractor in Kenner, LA, dragged their heels about getting the chair delivered. However, the end result was satisfactory and I would work through UShip again.

All arrangements occured on time as forcasted. Excelent communication and follow through. They packed our 1930's desk, shipped and deliverd it on as promised, arrived in great condition (no damage). Would be more than happy to business again.

My shipment was not delivered to my customer as promised. They had to drive 115 miles to pick up the shipment. We were promised a window and it was not delivered. I called my contact Jason and told him the problem and he didn't do anything about it. I had to refund my customer their $300.00 in good faith on my promise. Jason said he would try to get me a refund and didn't follow through. I could not recommend Uship to anyone. I would still appreciate a refund on shipping costs!!!!

Pickup spread was 9/6 to 9/20/07 - the furniture was picked up the week of 9/18. Delivery spread was 9/21 to 9/28/07 - the furniture was delivered today 10/24/07 - that is a l-o-n-g time. Jason of U-Ship was helpful. Thankfully my friend sent me her copy of the waybill because the carrier was very non-communicative and kept changing stories as to where my furniture was and when it would be delivered. Communication only improved once my shipment reached the city where I live.

Deliver made in good condition and at the 2 wk range. I question the delivery men asking for cash (in a non-direct way) for taking item off pallet and unwrapping. Is this normal practice?
