Jason H was AWESOME, very responsive and kept me up to date on what was going on. The delivery guys were great also. It arrived in great shape and right when they said it would! I would recommend uship to others.

I called ahead and left two messages when my mom had to leave on a family emergency. The delivery guys didn't get the message but were pleasant when I asked them to reschedule, even tho they were there - that was the good part. We paid $150 extra for packing. It was packed in cardboard and plastic. That costs $150? The desk was in sad condition. Still together but just barely, drawers and rolltop didn't work because it was so out of whack. They did not take very good care and did not pack well.

Response from TransitSystems: The customer did NOT notify us about any damage to their shipment; furthermore, customers are given complete instructions when we book a shipment [both verbally and in writing] in the case of 'emergencies' or problems that arise, and they did NOT alert us. That being said, we do apologize that the item arrived in less-than-ideal condition upon delivery.

Excellent customer service. Timely Pick Up and Delivery. Minor Damage: they used clear packing tape directly on the leather...peeling the color off when removed. Also, I paid for inside delivery and they would only deliver into the garage.
