The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment TSI phoned me and wanted to cancel. He can not move the load at the price he quoted. He does not have drivers with valid passports to get across the border. Says fuel prices have gone up too much.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: HughPorter (0) On: 8/26/2009 For: Komatsu WA500-3L	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Original truck assigned to haul this load is down and out of service due to mechanical problems. We tried to assist by finding another carrier for customer but were unable to do so for the original price. We tried to explain to MR Porter that due to a shortage in the industry of available RGN heavy haul drivers with passports and the recent rise in fuel cost the best rate we found for him was $5,500 and referred him to carrier directly. So that he could get it moved this week at the best price.
