No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I received a text message from the shipping company that they were having transmission problems with their truck and were not going to pick my boat. They told me they were going to cancel the shipment. I have waited all morning but have not seen the cancellation so I decided to cancel it myself as I have the next bidder standing by to accept the shipment

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need to find out about a refund for the deposit on the shipment we booked. I was in contact with the carrier and all was well then when it came time to ship he was un reachable. I emailed, called (voice mail was full and was un able to leave voice msg.) all with no response. I finally got a response from him days later saying he had been very ill and unable to communicate and it would be some time before he could get to us.
