Towmasters Wrecker Service out of Wesley Chapel, FL is a small home based business. Although just venturing in to business for myself in february of 08 I have been in the towing industry for years. I am now looking to expand my customer base. We offer auto and boat transport at affordable rates to customers that just want to work with honest people. We strive hard to make our customers feel like they are the people calling the shots. We believe that honesty and integrity are worth much more than the smoke and mirror show that surrounds the society we as people exist in. If I say it I mean it. We take pride in our job, and our reputation. If you have a problem we will make it right. Nice guy at Towmasters, however he was 2 hours late to unload boat at marina so had to put in at a ramp and move to marina which took another hour plus an additional $10.00 for the ramp charge. Overall towmasters would be hard to rate a 10 but would give them an 8.
Response from Towmasters:
Due to a lighting issue on the trailer we were 45 minutes behind schedule arriving at the pickup location. Upon arrival (changed just 20 minutes prior to actual arrival time) we found the vessel unattended and not secured for road transport. We spent the next hour loading and stowing the vessel (at no additional charge). We did every thing we could to accommodate this customer however a lack of preparation on the sellers part caused his grief. Surely extra time is worth his vessels contents.

Our experience was very positive. I selected Towmasters based on service reviews, not price given the value of the shipment and was not disapointed. I was very pleased they didnt simply deliver my boat but stayed and talked me through a systems check to confirm the boat was in working order and also helped with the launch. I couldnt be happier with the service.

John was very easy to speak with. He purchased new equipment which delayed the delivery approx. 2 days, which was more then ok with me. He took a full day of his time to offer help unloading beyond what we expected... a very good a reliable source to use for your needs. I'll certainly call him again for any other vessel moves I have. Excellent service & delivery. I was kept informed on the shipments progress & everything was done as he said it would be. He even took the boat to get fueled the following day prior to launching it. I highly recommend his services to anyone.
