After payment in full in advance, the shipment arrived 28 days late, to the wrong address, with 20% of the items broken. Touring Logistics made no effort to rectify the misdelivery nor to compensate for the damaged items or for the delay. The owner, Gary Koppelman, was personally charming at first but ultimately failed to follow through, not returning emails or phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR UNLESS YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE SHIPPING!

Response from TouringLogistics: Client was very much mis-leading when listing his shipment. 3 boxes became 7 along with a television and a VCR as well. There were over 100 items that needed to be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper. Would love to see pictures of the broken items. I find it very hard to believe. This is the first time I am hearing of it. Driver delivered to the address given by USHIP.com and was his home. He changed his mind and wanted it delivered somewhere else.

I am extremely unhappy with the service Gary provided. The shipment was 11 days late, and even though Gary admitted in writing the delay was his fault and a monetary refund would be issued, I have YET to hear anything 1 week later. He is ignoring phone calls and emails. He was also very rude and charged an extra $375.00 for poorly packed boxes, but never gave propper guidlines on how they should be packed. If you use his service, make sure you have EVERY promise in writing.

Response from TouringLogistics: Yes, due other clients not able to meet their pick-up and delivery dates, out last shuttle trip was delayed a few days.
The additional charge was not for poorly packaged boxes, but for 17 additional boxes and more furniture than originally quoted on USHIP.com listing.
Client asked before even accepting bid if there would be an additional charge for 10-12 boxes and we said yes, about 450.00. She was FULLY AWARE!
Seemd to be a Mom & boyfriend/girlfriend mis- communication.

Response from TouringLogistics: Yes, there were multiple drop offs from TX to FL, hjowever I would not refer to them as complicated. We were able to handle the pick-up and deliveries without a hitch.
