After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Despite repeated email promises from Gary (his cell voicemail is always full), his NY-CA shuttle driver never contacted me to schedule a pickup. They were paid in full ($675) April 16, nearly a month ago. His entire April is cancellations or negative feedback and his uShip account is suspended. He already has my money. I won't also risk my equipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Move date set for May 9 on April 20.
No response to any emails until my May 2 email requesting confirmation before flying to MA from CA. Gary said I should have planned to fly out a day later in case truch does nto show up until May 10.
No emails or voicemails returned May 5 and 6. Have urgent questions regarding insurance, boxes needed, who packs, etc.
No callback or email response as of May 6 at 2 PM.

Un-flippin believable... Made the match early March. Minor delay in pickup, but Gary was spontaneously helpful one day.(not to happen again) After pickup the circus began. I always stressed that I was not concerned about the quickness, as I knew the monthly shuttle bit. I did however want some sort of info. It was not to be received. It has been almost a month since he has had any communication with me. I now consider my goods stolen and have reported it to the police. I wish he would call

PICKUP: 1/31/08 TARGET: 2/22/08 DELIVERY: 5/03/08 EXCUSES: Death in family, Moved family, Reunion w/ old flame & illegitimate son from Jamaica, Driver DUI, Hit & Run by Driver, Insurance issues, Truck repairs, Impounded. CONCERNS: Numerous violations of the law, Won't answer phone, Voicemail full for months, Openly hostile, Drivers unpaid, No DOT auth until 4/08, Etc, etc…New excuses each week-Many inaccurate or misleading. CONCLUSION: If his account is ever reinstated-DO NOT HIRE GARY KOPPELMAN

I feel badly for TouringLogistics (TL). The guy running it is not evil but his actions are indistinguishable from a person who wants to wreck his business and your life with it. Accepted his bid in January and paid in advance (mistake) because he insisted. About a month later, he picks up. Three months later he delivers (1 item short). Add a soap opera in the middle, threats of litigation from me and quite a lot of help from the uShip staff and you have a pretty good picture. Do NOT use TL

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This provider has failed to deliver on time (14 days from pick up on 04/02/08). He had sent another moving and storage company to pick up my belongings, and I am now responsible for paying them. He has contracted out my car shipment, charged me for it, but failed to pay the contractor. So, end result is that no service has been delivered by this provider. I would like to cancel.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
On Jan 23rd, I wired payment in full.
On Feb 27th, after repeated (and ultimately false) assurances that he would call to arrange pickup, Gary wrote:
"I am sorry Mason. I will have a truck pick-up from you by Tuesday or we will refund promptly."
That is the last I heard from Gary or anyone associated with Touring Logistics (or UShip for that matter; UShip has never responded to my requests except when they tell me to mail someone else at UShip).

Response from TouringLogistics: I apologize for having to write this over and over. We had issue with our fleet coverage due to a drivers in volvement in a small fender bender accident. We are definitely behind schedule and apologize.

The furniture that I requested to be delivered was bid on by the client then he calls me telling me that he had to work very hard to move the very light rattan style couches I then gave more money as requested then the wait began and the calls we never answered I called and my family asked where is the furniture etc etc... My mistake I then told my friend about the co. and the SAME SHIT IS HAPPENING AS WE SPEAK DON'T USE THIS CO. THEY GET MONEY AND FORGET THE JOB PERIOD....WAKE UP AND DO BUINESS

Response from TouringLogistics: 3 months later, now a negative. We accepted and picked up SAME DAY in FL. Delivered withing 2 weeks. I forgot, strippers don't count well. We got to the pick-up and there were extra peices that we got for the client at NO CHARGE! They were thankful and paid us $100.00 extra and tipped upon delivery as well. NOW, all of a sudden we get a negative. It is obvious that we have had delays on this shuttle run, but spiteful lies are not neccessary. Also lied and tooks almost a week to pay.
