So what if Gary's business ran into trouble (DUI, Hit and Run, Improperly licensesd, unsafe vehicle, etc) a real business man knows how to handle serious issues in a responsible and proffessional manner. Gary on the other hand lied and withheld the truth casuing a 3 month dealy. I consider the $'s he has from me to be stolen. Gary Koppelman is a joke. I hope that no one else every has the unfortunate expirence of using him to ship anything.

WORST shipping experience I've ever had - including many cross-country, military moves. Once my full payment was received, we got silence. After many calls and emails the excuses began (and they were both imaginative and numerous). Refused to return calls. It took over 150 emails and that many calls to get my delivery (more than 3 months after promised). When the sofa finally arrived the driver was alone and the truck's ramp didn't work - I had to help unload it. Would NEVER consider him again.

After waiting 3 months (pick up on March 2nd) for my furniture to arrive to Houston from NYC, a driver shows up alone. I had to come out of pocket to pay someone to help him move my things. This situation has been the most frustrating and exhausting experience. I don't think that Gary Koppelman is a fraud or a crook but he is certainly unreliable. Do NOT use this company, I wish someone could have warned me...

Gary Koppelman is a CROOK! Just google his name, which is what I should have done before I paid in advance. The shipment was never delivered and he won't answer my calls or emails. He got a local guy to take my stuff and store it and never picked it up from storage. He also never paid that guy so I had to pay the subcontractor to release my things and pay another company to take my stuff to LA. Very frustrating and costly.

DO NOT GO WITH TOURING LOGISTICS. After making the contract with Touring Logistics and PAYING $400, they never shipped my mattress. Gary promised that he would pick up the mattress by early May (he had several months advance notice), and he never did. After endless calls and emails, he promised he'd do it by May 10, but then days before never called or emailed to scheduled and then NEVER DID. I had to find another shipper last minute because I had to move out of my apartment!! Horrible!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Shipment was picked up on March 29th and is still in NY. Gary did not contact me for weeks with a location of my things. When he did contact me, it was with excuses as to why I did not have my things and empty promises. Working with him was probably one of the worst and most nerve-racking experiences I have had in recent years. Gary also has my money for my shipment which if he has any integrity will refund it as waiting 6 weeks for all of my things is UNACCEPTABLE regardless of excuses

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Despite repeated email promises from Gary (his cell voicemail is always full), his NY-CA shuttle driver never contacted me to schedule a pickup. They were paid in full ($675) April 16, nearly a month ago. His entire April is cancellations or negative feedback and his uShip account is suspended. He already has my money. I won't also risk my equipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Move date set for May 9 on April 20.
No response to any emails until my May 2 email requesting confirmation before flying to MA from CA. Gary said I should have planned to fly out a day later in case truch does nto show up until May 10.
No emails or voicemails returned May 5 and 6. Have urgent questions regarding insurance, boxes needed, who packs, etc.
No callback or email response as of May 6 at 2 PM.
