Overall experience was ok. They claimed they didn't have a drop off address, even though all info. was immediately emailed to them. They must have received the email, because they found me for pick-up. If they didn't have the info., they could have asked at pick up. Communication could have been better, but they were very nice. They were running behind, and therefore missed the opportunity to meet the person for drop-off. They did rearrange their plans/route for delivery the next day.

EXCELLENT shipper with EXCELLENT communication. James kept me fully informed along the way. He was very easy to deal with, and by far the best shipper I have dealt with on UShip to date! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing anything shipped.

I was worried when I had to send my puppy with a stranger for a few days, but everything worked out great. Ted took great care of my pup, and I was able to call and check on him whenever I wanted.

I appreciate the feedback, but I truly do not understand total positive feedback. Picked up your puppy on Thursday afternoon in Ft. Lauederdale, FL had him to you Friday night in SC. E-mailed and talked with you numerous times in between. Bought him a collar and leash so he could be walked safely. Ted

i shipped 2 dogs this week got toole mixed up with the other one i did who was horrible. toole she was great on time and dog was ready .great to ship for.looking to do more with her i hope

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not show up, has never called to inform us of any problems, and never returned any phone calls. This is 2 out of 3 shipments that this has happened....
