I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Response from TooleL3: The shipper was home ALL day long, every day (and so am I), so there shouldn't be any scheduling problems. I accepted the big, and she called me once. Then she never showed up! The shipper tried to call SEVERAL times with no answer. BEWARE OF THIS SHIPPER!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We have had a couple of deaths in the family. Could not arrange a time to pick up the puppy. Sorry for any inconviences. Thank you.

I was worried when I had to send my puppy with a stranger for a few days, but everything worked out great. Ted took great care of my pup, and I was able to call and check on him whenever I wanted. Response from tedsvtfl: I appreciate the feedback, but I truly do not understand total positive feedback. Picked up your puppy on Thursday afternoon in Ft. Lauederdale, FL had him to you Friday night in SC. E-mailed and talked with you numerous times in between. Bought him a collar and leash so he could be walked safely. Ted

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper did not show up, has never called to inform us of any problems, and never returned any phone calls. This is 2 out of 3 shipments that this has happened.... Response from BohnTransport: I'm sorry you feel this way. I have contacted the breeder and was unable to schedule an agreeable pickup time/date.

However, she was running very far behind and never called. I realize delays happen, but pick up the phone...let me know. She never tried to contact me or the breeder on her own.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipper was seemingly helpful, but I was not comfortable with the shipment once I spoken to them on the phone. I could not get in contact easily (phone does not accept messages - called back days later) This shipper lied to me also... They told me they contacted the breeder and arranged a Sunday pickup. The breeder NEVER heard from them. I knew personally that Sunday would not work for the breeder. Shipper has not made any contact with me since. It seemed to be lie after lie. Response from TandT64503: Sorry, but we have a had a couple of deaths in the family. Could not arrange a time for pick up. Sorry for any inconviences. Thank you.
