Other than waiting until the very last second to pick the vehicle p, from the 14 day time frame, other than that, went smooth. Just dont use a large date range.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Bid was accepted on May 7. Truck was supposed to be picked up within 7 days and delivered within 7 days of pickup. Received email from Service Provider May 8 saying he'd arrange transport and get back to me in a few days. I have not heard from him. I have been trying to contact him since May 11 via phone & email and have not received any response. I need to get this done so would like to cancel and find a different Service Provider.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment tomi was unable to scheduled a shipment to move my car and a couple days after the pickup date was scheduled he was unsure if he will ever be able to do the shipment, at $20 a day in storage fees i cannot wait for him to find a driver unfortunately i am being forced to cancel the shipment and find a new driver

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have sent two emails (see below) and made two calls to this broker. I've received no communication. In addition, a trucker contacted me to pick up the car now when my requirement was to pick up the car on Mon Jun24 for Fri Jun28 delivery. Given the non-communication from the broker, the complete disregard for my service timing and no contract with this provider, I conclude that we do not have a binding arrangement. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I specifically asked for the car to be delivered within certain dates on my auction which the service provider agreed to then couldn't stick to. Please be aware this person does not perform the shipment but instead post it on a "board" for other shipping companies to perform the job. Poor communication. Very disappointed.
