Rating: Cancellation Left by: MRLtransport (38 ) On: 6/12/2008 For: 2 Jetski	I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment READ ALL The shipper said he would find a marina to lift his trailer off, then emailed me today, which is the day before pick-up and said that he's out of town, phones not working, and hasn't found a marina, but that I can go ahead and look, normally not a problem, but in this case I don't have the time to locate one for him, I have a timeline of the rest of the stuff to be delivered, so it's not worth the chance to me, I asked in the beginning when the bid was accepted if I should find a marina

The timeframe was within +/- 2 days of promised pickup and delivery. Overall I am satisfied with this hauler I would use him again. Response from cardealer123: Thank you very much!

Company showed up at the arranged place with proper equipment and did excacly what they said they would. After dealing with 2 other carriers that fell through I thought they really did a good job at a good price. We had a slight miscomunication about delivering paperwork with regard to shipment weight, this was important to me since the gov was going to reimburse me for the shipment. Make sure you specify this request.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: Trutruking (1) On: 6/21/2008 For: 32 ft sailboat	The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider did not have any means to transport my boat. Two days before the scheduled date there was no trailer. Now three days after the scheduled date still no trailer driver or any kind of resolution. At the last minute three days later the provider canceled and said he won't be able to provide the service for the agreed price or any time soon. I would never recomend this provider to anyone for anything. There was absolutery zero profesionalism or knowlegde of boat transports.

I found a marina the pilot house marina that could accomodate the offload just could not get back to you on time. Any way I don not want to interfere with your business and if you think you can not work on a shorter notice I respect your work. Thanks for trying to help. Response from MRLtransport: Nice guy...seems so anyways, he was out of the country on business and had limited communication with me, the day before pick-up I didn't have a way to get offloaded so I had to cancel. Hopefully we can work this out another time or trip. I appreciate that you understand, I have 4 other customers on a time frame, if I don't know when or how the first one will be unloaded, what am I supposed to tell them? Thanks MRL
