I am a commercial truck driver. I haul new travel trailers from the factory. I need to pick up extra freight to cover the times that I do not have a trailer. I often cover large distances to pick up trailers. Those miles need to be compensated for. My freightliner has a box for living space. It is very much like a mobile home. I eat, sleep and shower in the truck. Many things can be hauled inside. I keep my living space very, very neat and clean. I like hauling dogs and cats. I enjoy the company. Well behaved animals don't spend much time in their kennel, when they ride with me. See the photo of "Sam" the yellow lab mix. Sam sat beside my seat, or slept on my bench. He rearranged the pillows to suit his needs. About every 4 hours he felt the need to chase his tail, for about 15 minutes. Which was fine, he had the room to do it. I walk dogs every 2-2.5 hours, as I must check my load that ofter by law. Big dogs must be good on a leash, because of my old knees.
