After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider 1 when the bid was first accepted by the provider he never contacted the person he was supposed to pick the mini bike up from. I texted him the information and always had to contact the provider. he never contacted me.
2 the provider stated that his truck broke down. The repair date of the truck has come and gone.

The customer misrepresented the shipment The pick up location in the booking details turns out not to be the location where the bike is located. I have talked with the broker and tried to accomodate the new location, but it is approx. 250 miles from the original location that I had agreed to and planned as part of my route. I only learned about the new location yesterday, 5 days after booking the job. Sorry I was unable to accomodate this.

This guy was all agreeable to the change and I have the emails to prove it, then waits 4 days to cancel costing time and storage charges, This guy is a dork and you can't rely on him to keep his word.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper advertised that the pick up would be completed within 3 days of shipping and delivered within 5 days of pick up. It has been 7 days since booking and bike has not been picked up yet and shipper said maybe in 3 more days he could have it back to his shop then another 5 days before I would have it. Shipper didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know that bike wasn't even picked up and that no arrangements have even been made yet after 7 days have past.His comment was things hav

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not arrive on the dates agreed upon or any day in the week following even though I left a key with the storage facility manager and signed an agreement to release the bike. The service provider simply failed to show up. They also failed to return phone calls or voice messages when requested. I did not know this bike wasn't picked up until my return to the office along with the news of the driver breaking his femur 24 hours before pick up. I incorrectly assumed all was well, we apologize for any inconvenience.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Accepted the bid and greed to pick up the motorcycle before 6/22/2012 and delivered to Denver, Co on 6/28/2012. The transporter informed us today he made a mistake a picked dates is 6/28 and delivery date is 7/04/2012.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have called Service Provider over 10 times and actually spoke with Chris Simpson twice and he said he would call me back. The pickup location talked with him a few times as well to set up the load pick up. He never would call me or the pickup location contact back to confirm anything. This company can not be trusted and is a VERY POOR transport company!
