Courteous, proffesional service and good communication. A detailed inspection was done at pickup and verified at delivery. Communication was good, any inquiry was answered in short order. I was notified 24 hours prior to pickup, and I was notified 24 hours prior to the bikes delivery, and then called again the day of delivery with a definite time, and the bike was there safe and sound at that time. It was a pleasure, hopefully we can do business again.

took 1 month to get bike a 2006 v rod by harley davidson,when i got the bike it was damaged b/cause they said a strap broke when it was being shipped,got a estimate from a harley dealer and they would not pay the price of 1600.00 cause they said they could get it fixed cheaper but wanted to take my bike to michigan to repair bike,i said no,so i put them in touch with a local cycle repair shop hoping to get this settled,end result is i'm losing 330.00,they were insured but refused to turn it in.

Response from Tedda22: Bike delivery was delayed 1 week due to truck issue. Bike was damaged slightly because of ratchet strap failure. We sent check to the repair shop for exact amount that was damaged. We paid for the repair, there was issues between the repair shop and Gary and the repair shop did not fix bike accordingly to Gary's desire and refused to do what Gary wanted. Gary then called us and demanded us to pay the difference or else he would give us neg. feedback, Gary this Marine still has his honor.SEMPERFI

Great help, had some delays (beyond his control) but always kept in touch the entire way so was not a problem. Helped us out with boxes and stuff, but knows his bikes, would trust him with my Ducati were I to require shipping. Overall would recommend to others.

Had a good experience with shipper, Terry was easily available to take calls and keep me informed about my shipment. He is working on the second half of the shipment now, and has been in contact with the buyer keeping him informed about his bike. According to the buyer of the bike I sold he has stated that they have worked out delivery times and dates that he is happy with. Appears that everything is going smoothly on second half of shipment also.
