Great experience with owner Terry and driver Jean w/son who kept in contact with me. I had to meet them at the Can/US border as I was exporting this V-Rod. We arrived within 3 min of each other and they even loaded the bike onto our trailer. I thank Terry enough. I received my Harley back within the time that he specified and within a price that I could manage. It was shipped just like he said with including the shipping blankets over it. I would highly recommend doing business with him again. I would also recommend that when you are doing business with a shipper that they are DOT compliant as then you will have some kind of guarantee about your shipment since USHIP does give you a guarantee.

Use caution with this provider and get everything in writing, including expected delivery dates. It took over a month to deliver a minibike and then only after some very ugly conversations. Some of the excuses given: Truck broke down, drivers quit, needed truck somewhere else in order to sue Ford, fuel prices too high, not enough business going your way... Tried to deliver to a closed business on Sunday (after repeated reminders). Eventually hired driver who delivered at midnight on a Friday.

Customer was on vacation and had us delivery to secondary location, noone was available for us to deliver and noone answered our repeated calls for over 72 hrs. We had to move on for other deliveries, Brian then demanded that we turn around at the expense of our other customers deliveries. I did hire another driver to deliver his machine at my expense. We here at EGA try to please all of customers, sometimes things happen beyond our control and we appreciate patience and understanding.Thanks TB
