Shipment booked 7 months in advance. Bikes arrived late. Bikes were open trailered part of the way. Contracted for enclosed trailer. Slight damage to one bike. On return shipment, bikes were picked up 12 days late and arrived 6 weeks later. A contract means nothing to this shipper. If it can go wrong it will go wrong. This shipper has a million excuses.

Bikes arrived within 12hrs after they got off plane, Carol agreed to open trailering,They extended their vacation by a couple days and we told them that the truck would not be able to wait and we would have to p/u at a later time. My new F-350 blew another motor in Co. Carol, I know you were frustrated but I did everything I could to accommodate you and your shipment But keep in mind that YOU are not the only customer that I had to deliver to. Slight rub mark in fender was paid for. Thanks Terry

If you look at this listing it was from Massena Ny. to Florida. Seller met me over the border as was agreed upon. We DO NOT have the authority to cross over into Canada and do not advertise as so.

While my overall experience with this shipment was horrible, it had nothing to do with Terry (the fault was all from the originator of the shipment). Terry did everything in his power to do what he could to make the experience better for me. I thank you, Terry, for going way above and beyond what I would've expected anyone to do for me. I truly appreciate it and will definitely use your services in the future!!
