I did meet with Shipper at the pick up address.....I bid the job as an Open Trailer move, which Shipper agreed to. When I went to do the job Shipper wanted an Enclosed carry. Shipper wanted me to rent a UHaul Truck to fulfill the contract with no extra compensation for the additional expense. My quote to do the job wouldn't even cover the truck rental, I refused to the change in equipment. I tried to satisfy Shipper, with different suggestions but it was impossible to do so.
