A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved While there is no specific timeframe, I would like to transport this horse as soon as possible. Tack tavern will provide the transport, but is not available for approximately two weeks. Another shipper, Oldroknroller, indicated an ability to transport this weekend, but I was unable to contact since Tack Tavern had booked my transport by accepting my price.
I have contacted Tack Tavern and she has been very helpful. She suggested canceling, to see if I can still get transport sooner than Response from TackTavern: This was a Book it now , which I accepted. I don`t blame you one bit for wanting the horse shipped sooner, good luck. Lorna Revord

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider said rude things too me then she lied and I will not do business with a company like that.
ShaNeekia Response from TackTavern: Wrong phone#, wrong address ,none of the info was correct. finally found pickup address after 2 hrs.and the horse was still in the field with no one available to verify delivery add. or Phone #.I was not rude I just refused to wait any longer and would not put this horse on without a confirmed delivery contact name number or address. I never lied , I cancelled this haul due to owner giving wrong information and not being there at pickup location or having a rep. that knew anything about it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper called 16 hours prior to pick up, and stated she had not even departed the location she told me she was leaving several days before. She said she "didn't know when" my horse could get picked up. I told her I was very frustrated that #1- she hadn't even had the courtesy to return a call to inform me in advance, and #2- that we were clear upon scheduling that this was urgent. I WOULDN'T SHIP A BOX WITH HER. Response from TackTavern: We wre in TX TORNADOS, with no cell or internet. Thanks for careing!! I was on my way when this person stared yelling at me on the phone.I would have been 1 day late, not bad for dodgeing 5 tornados. I even offered to send hay to this horse for FREE. SHE DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE WEATHER WE WERE IN OR THE HORSES ON THE TRAILER ONLY HERSELF.I feel sorry for this horse, but I do agree on 1 thing , I would NEVER haul for someone as inconsiderate as you. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider did not say that they needed a test for Coggins for our horses before shipping them. We were unaware that this was needed. They told us upon arrival that they could not transport our horses, due to this issue, which they did not communicate would be an issue. We were uncomfortable as well, with the way the provider communicated with us, as it was rude and unprofessional. Response from TackTavern: This is not the way it happened. We never got to the pickup address I asked the horses caretaker by phone if their papers were in order , I was also asked to take down fence, transport hay , and other items I had not planned on and had no room for..and yes I did refuse to transport without coggins or health papers and I did agree to fence if I was paid, but this person played phone games by useing different names when I called and it started to sound very wierd. No way was I going there. SCAM?
